I Beam Overhead Conveyor
Standard I - beams are used for the trolley conveyor tracks horizontal and vertical curves enable any king of layout to be installed. Roller turns are used to guide the conveyor chain. track can be suspended form the building structure or specially designed steel structures.
Trolleys with two hardened steel wheels with a specially designed rolling profile. These Overhead Conveyor trolleys run on the lower flangle of the I - Beam track. They both support the chain and carry the load by means of forged steel suspension bar and hook. Load capacity is 250 Kgs per trolley with higher capacities possible by load bar arrangements. Available in 348, 458, 678 Chains.
